Our waitlist:
Our goal is to provide a fair and reasonable system of wait list management. Once you have been added to our waitlist, a member of our team will perform a pre-screening to determine if you are eligible for our program. Our pre-screening is done during a 30-day application period. Our team will not review the waitlist on a first-come-first-serve basis, but by a neutral random selection process. Once you have been identified as an eligible applicant, we will begin the application process.

The application process:
Your application will be assigned a number and tracked diligently by a member of our team. Our job is to take the necessary steps toward program qualification. This will require a lot of communication between your household and our team members.

Reasons for removal:
Your household may be removed from our waitlist for any of the following reasons:

  • applicant request

  • failure to respond in a timely manner to requests for additional information

  • applicant's refusal of assistance

  • applicant does not meet minimum household requirements

A member of our team will provide written notice in the event your household is removed from our waitlist/application queue
