About: Project Playhouse is an opportunity to build a blessing in a child's life. Having a safe place to play is important for every child. A playhouse is one of the first opportunities a child has to imagine what having a home of their own means to them.

Support the Community: Project Playhouse donations not only give children a space to call their own, the funds raised from the event directly support building more affordable homes in Bell, Coryell, and Lampasas counties through Fort Hood Area Habitat for Humanity.

Team Building: Project Playhouse invites sponsored teams of volunteers to assemble and decorate children’s playhouses, which are then donated to deserving Central Texas families. Volunteers work together on tasks such as putting up the walls, shingling the roof, or attaching the playhouse trim. Once assembled, teams can show off their creativity by decorating each playhouse to fit the likes and interests of the child receiving the playhouse.

Project Playhouse 2022

This year we are focused on empowering our future leaders!

Our plan this year was to hold two Project Playhouse events in 2022, but our team has regrouped and decided to host one large Playhouse event on October 8, 2022. This event will be held at our new building located at 902 N. Twin Creek Dr. in Killeen. Sponsor arrival time is 9am to prepare for the family's arrival at 11am.

Sponsorship Packets are due by August 26th.

We hope to see many of the 2020&2021 sponsors return and look forward to having new community partners out to build a blessing in a child's life.
