Do you qualify for a habitat home?
All applications must meet these qualifications:

Be a first time home buyer;

Be a citizen or permanent legal resident of the US who has lived or worked in Bell, Coryell, or Lampasas county for at least six months;

Meet income guidelines - based on HUD area median income; see chart below

Willingness to partner in the Fort Hood Area Habitat sweat equity program (volunteering in ReStore, Build Sites and Fundraising Events)

Your monthly income must fall between 30-60% of the median income. Please see chart below to see if you are eligible for our home ownership program.
If you do not meet all of these qualifications now, there may still be an opportunity for you to apply if your situation changes.
